Marbella Spain Cheap apartments and bargain villas

Marbella has been hit hard by the global financial credit meltdown.  Now rental marbella apartments and marbella villas are much cheaper.  There are some great deals to be had at el fuerte hotel marbella, pyr marbella, la reserva de marbella and even at the marbella club hotel.  Many overseas property owners hit by the credit crunch have defaulted on their mortgages and there is lots of Marbella property for reasonable prices, especially out of the town centre.

Cheap hotels in Marbella never used to exist but now even Puerto Banus has some good deals, and its a great location near to La Canada and the most beautiful beaches.

While once don carlos, las chapas, el faro and los monteros used to be very up market, now property prices and holiday rentals are quite affordable.  There are even some spaces in Marbella marina if you know who to ask.  The Golden mile is still very upmarket but accomodation is still easy to find, even considering the strong euro vs the pound.  

Villa Padierna and Guadalmina are great for your holidays from the UK, Germany and Holland.  Marbella alanda tourism are still strong because people will not give up their holidays even if they don't have much cash around.
